Shungite & Steatite (Soapstone) Energy Harmonisers -Pocket

Harmonisers are 2 identical stone shapes which are of different composition used together.

The harmoniser held in the right hand symbolises the flow of solar energy (masculine/yang/ka)

The hormoniser held in the left hand represents the flow of lunar energy (feminine/yin/ba)

The disc of the moon (lunar) acts as a catalyser, reinforcing the activity of the solar disc.

The Lunar (feminine) is made of Shungite and the Solar (masculine) is made of Soapstone or other stones chosen for their solar properties.

Harmonisers work on the principle of a “difference in potential” between the 2 stones.

Shungite paired with Steatite (most common pair) –

Steatite vibrates with the energy of the upper body supporting a good active exchange with Shungite, which vibrates the lower part of the body.

Harmonisers can be offered to clients at the end of a session to help with the integration process and aid the transition from therapeutic session back into everyday activities.

HOW TO USE HARMONISERS

A basic run down – application will vary for everyone.

Sit in an upright position – in a chair feet on the floor uncrossed legs or on a cushion with legs crossed
Hold the Shungite in your left hand and the other stone in your right hand
Rest your hands upright on your thighs keeping the discs in the palm of your hand
Close your eyes
Concentrate on the physical sensations, become aware of your breathing for a few moments in order to calm your thoughts, then observe and sense the energetic flow that is moving through your body.

Begin with short sessions 2-3 mins increasing to 10-15mins

Use the harmonisers for one to two sessions per day (2 if there is a state of unbalance) for 3 weeks with 1 week break.

You can sense the energetic flow in the body moving up in a spiral from below. If you don’t feel anything don’t be discouraged even in the absence of sensations it has been proven that the stones effectiveness is still present.

Still the mind and listen with the body, the felt sense and sensations will come sooner or later; it is just practice and patience.
