Quartz is known as the universal crystal as it covers all chakras, works to amplify, and provides power, clarity and strength. Platonic Solids are named after Plato. They are 5 shapes which are used in the study of sacred geometry. Each three dimensional shape has & emits it's own frequency & is associated with one of the elements & a chakra centre.
