Shungite is a rare black stone found only in the Karelia region, beside Lake Onega, in Russia. It is thought to be at least 2 billion years old. The deposit is over nine thousand square km. Two schools of thought as to its origin; 1. It was formed here on Earth 2. It's a giant meteorite They (being geobioligsts/scientists and peeps that specialise in dating stuff) havent yet agreed....
Shungite consists of almost all the minerals on the periodic table and has a very unique composition. It contains fullerines which are 3-D sperical molecules made of 60 carbon atoms, these are called buckyballs and are the reason Shungite is a Master Healer.
‘From a vibratory point of view Shungite resonates with the frequency of the base chakra’s red colour, with the subtle frequency black in its link to the density of the Earth, and with the subtle frequency magenta of the magenta chakra – this chakra is found about 30cm above the top of the head. How does it work?
As I said, Shungite has scientifically been proven to reduce the harmful effects of EMF’s when placed near the electromagnetic sources. It modifies the influence of electromagnetic radiation, absorbing and neutralizing, restoring balance. It does not interfere with the functioning of equipment, for example, it doesn’t turn off the pulse waves emitted by a Wi-Fi transmitter, cordless phone or cell phone, it instead transforms the influence of harmful radiation, helping prevent its impact on our health, It is more efficient in doing so because it does not become saturated like other stones and doesn't take on a negative charge.

Ernst Hartmann published a book titled Illnesses as a Problem of Location. Later,K. Bahler listed the signs indicating that a person’s sleeping place was located within a geopathic stress included antipathy to one’s bed, difficulty falling asleep (for hours), bad sleep, anxiousness, fatigue and feeling tired in the morning after waking up, bad mood, nervousness, depression, rapid heartbeat, and leg cramps. According to Bahler, children might also feel fear, scream in their sleep, grind their teeth, feel chilly while in bed, want to leave their bed, and lose appetite.
While we are asleep our body should be resting so it can repair body cells, fight infections and absorb nutrients from food. However, our body has to use all it’s energy just to keep vital organs going if we sleep in an area affected by geopathic stress.
The most effective option would be to leave the geopathic stress zone, however that is usually not an option in this day and age.

Shungite is graded in terms of its natural organic carbon content
Type 1 - Elite Shungite 98% Carbon
Type 2 - Shungite (black shungite) 50-70% Carbon
Type 3 - Shungite (grey or shungite rock) up to 50% Carbon but generally around 30% or less.
Fullerines are not abundant in all grades. Elite Shungite has the highest content and is rare. I only stock Type 1 & 2.
Whilst the benefits of Shungite have only recently been acknowledged by the Western world & the scientific discovery of fullerines present in Shungite, it is important to remember the people of Karelia, Russia have known & recognised the benefits of Shungite for centuries, without even knowing what fullerines were!
This mineral formed billions of years ago and archeological research shows numerous ancient settlements in this area as early as 9,000 BCE, throughout time civilisations have been leaving behind petroglyphs & rock paintings dating back four thousand to nine thousand years. The rock carvings at Lake Onega date from the Neolithic era depicting mythological scenes, nature, migration patterns & archeological digs have uncovered sacred sites, labyrinths, sacred stones, burial sites, dating to 6000 BCE.
The healing properties of the 'black rock' & pure waters waters which sprang from it, of the Lake Onega area, were offically mentioned in writing in the reign of Ivan the Terrible & his son Feodor in the 1500's.

P.S. I personally believe the theory that Shungite formed from a giant meteorite. That meteorite was intentionally thrown on Earth by galactic beings (us) for these very times in our evolution.
