The very first step you will need to do is clear you precious crystal to erase all energy which it holds that is not of it's origin. The hands & energy it has passed through to reach you needs to be erased of all recordings others have put onto it. This is so you can install your purpose without any residue of old energies which are not yours. While I do this before sending out your crystals its good practice to also do it yourself.

How to cleanse & erase your crystal

This is what I call the Les Brown Method with a lil' bit of Helen

• Choose a quiet space either inside or outside.

• Ground yourself, put in your spiritual protection & set your intention to clear & cleanse your crystal/s, connect to source energy. This is where you can bring in your own spiritual practices.

• Find two dents/holes in the crystal, if there are none then choose two places which feel right.

• Place index finger and middle finger on the holes/dents

• Place your thumb either on the earth or on a piece of wood. The two fingers are positive & negative and the thumb is grounding to the earth.

• Ground it and hold for 1 – 1 ½ minutes with the intention of taking out all recordings & negative influences. Erase everything for the highest good of all, transforming the energy sending it directly to source to be processed

• Align the crystal to it's original frequency & connecting it to the earth & source energy, pure unconditional love.

• Close the space with love & gratitude
  

How to align with & activate your crystal

Aligning with your Crystal

The intention is to ground the crystal, connect it to source energy & align it to you.

• Choose a quite space either inside or outside.
  

• Ground yourself, put in your spiritual protection & set your intention to align & activate your crystal/s, connect to source energy.
  

• Hold it in both hands, Fill it with LOVE first & foremost, crystals are live, so do this with thought and care. From your heart centre not your head.

• Connect the crystal the earth & source energy of pure unconditional love then connect it to you.

• You may wish to say the following or make up your own personalised intention.

 "I align [the crystal] to the energy & frequency of Mother Earth & the Universe,  I align with my crystal for my highest good & the highest good of all." 

Activating your Crystal

Activating your crystal means setting intentions. What you put in is what you will receive. If you put in positive you will receive positive, if you put in negative you will receive negative.

Everything is energy so set your intention with clarity and alignment to your Soul, for your highest good & the highest good of all.

It is said once you have done this that you can now talk with your crystal. It will give answers, those answers may not be in words (for some it may) the forces inside will answer as it is now aligned with you & your energy. Take note of body reactions in particular, facial expressions etc.

Your crystal is not a toy and responds without question, treat it always with the utmost respect.

Setting the Intention

Put yourself into it & what you want it to help. Not a story, fill it with instructions; healing, protection, be specific. Fill it with the thoughts that will help you through life & help others.

So if the purpose is for anxiety, fill it with ‘calmness, serenity, ease’ rather than filling it with ‘stop/remove my anxiety’ feel the difference in those statements.

You are ready to start the beautiful journey of working with your crystal!

I prefer people not to touch my crystals as clearing & activating would again be required. They continuously require your attention – the nucleus will have a greater force field with those that regularly use & cleanse their crystals.
